Order Cancellations

You may cancel a purchase order at any time before it has been processed or fulfilled by contacting us at contact@projectveil.store with your order number. Once an order has been processed, packed, or fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

No refunds are issued for orders that have already been processed or fulfilled. Cancellation requests submitted before processing will receive a full refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Cancel

Email contact@projectveil.store . We'll confirm by email once your cancellation is processed.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Any cancellation or refund is executed through Stripe and subject to their standard processing times.
