Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Typically 5–10 business days for Europe and 7–14 business days internationally.

How long does processing take?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

What is your returns policy?

Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. However if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us at contact@projectveil.store within 7 days and we'll make it right.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product has its own size guide based on actual garment measurements. Most of our pieces are oversized by design — check the size guide and model info on each product page. Still unsure? Reach out before you buy and we'll help you find the right fit.

What are your pieces made from?

Depending on the product — 100% organic combed ring-spun cotton, or a 94% cotton / 6% polyester fleece blend. Full fabric details are listed on every product page.

Where are your products made?

Our garments are produced on demand by ethical manufacturers in Portugal and Vietnam. Every piece is made specifically for you when you order.

I haven't received my order — what do I do?

Contact us at contact@projectveil.store with your order number and we'll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
