Where do you ship?
We ship across the Europe. Shipping takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
What is your returns policy?
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without needing to give a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Customers residing outside the EU are not eligible to return orders under this policy. To start a return, contact us at contact@projectveil.store within 14 days of receiving your order.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping — including cost and logistics — is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Will I get a refund or store credit?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method in accordance with your legal right of withdrawal.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us at contact@projectveil.store within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Are all products eligible for return?
All products are eligible for the 14-day withdrawal period as outlined above, for customers residing within the EU. This policy does not apply to orders shipped outside the EU.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product has its own size guide based on actual garment measurements. Most of our pieces are oversized by design — check the size guide and model info on each product page. Still unsure? Reach out before you buy and we'll help you find the right fit.
What are your pieces made from?
Depending on the product — 100% organic combed ring-spun cotton, or a 80% cotton / 20% polyester fleece blend. Full fabric details are listed on every product page.
I haven't received my order — what do I do?
