Product Identification:
Each product is identifiable via its product name, SKU/style code, and size/color variant listed on the order confirmation and product label, allowing us to trace it back to its specific production batch if needed.
Material Composition & Care:
Fiber content is listed on the garment's care label and product page in accordance with EU Textile Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011. Please refer to the care label for washing, drying, and ironing instructions.

If you experience a safety issue, defect, or accident involving one of our products, please contact us immediately at contact@projectveil.store or by post to our Slovakia address, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.
Product Recalls & Corrective Actions:
Should a safety issue be identified with any product, Project Veil will take appropriate corrective action, which may include product recall or withdrawal from sale, and will notify affected customers directly.

Safety information is available in English and can be provided in the official language of your EU country of residence upon request.
