What is the return policy?
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without needing to give a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To start a return, contact us atcontact@projectveil.storewithin 14 days of receiving your order.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Europe. Shipping across Europe is currently priced at 4€.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Shipping across Europe takes 5-10 business days after fulfillment.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product has its own size guide based on actual garment measurements. Most of our pieces are oversized by design — check the size guide and model info on each product page. Still unsure? Reach out before you buy and we'll help you find the right fit.
What are your pieces made from?
Depending on the product — 100% organic combed ring-spun cotton, or a 80% cotton / 20% polyester fleece blend. Full fabric details are listed on every product page.
