Returns
The statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law applies to consumers residing within the European Union. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
Customers residing outside the European Union are not covered by this statutory right of withdrawal and are not eligible to return orders under this policy.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email) before the 14-day period expires. Please contact us at contact@projectveil.store with your order number, proof of your EU residence/delivery address, and the item(s) you wish to withdraw from.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will contact you with the return shipping details and instructions on where to send the item back.
Returning the Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal to us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
